An AI recruitment pipeline concept for a data-centre field-services company — from discovery to a working interactive prototype. Design phase complete; build phase scoped.
The problem
Optora places smart-hands engineers into data centres — high-volume, high-churn recruiting where speed decides who wins the placement. Every role means writing a job description, screening a stack of near-identical CVs, scheduling, and keeping candidates warm. The recruiting team's hours went to processing, not judgment.
What we delivered
A full design engagement: discovery on the existing pipeline, then a working interactive prototype of a recruiting command centre — a JD Builder that drafts role descriptions from structured inputs, and a candidate-processing pipeline that screens, ranks, and stages applicants for human review. The prototype runs on realistic demo data and was delivered alongside a 24-slide proposal deck and an engineering handoff covering architecture, data model, and a phased build plan.
The design decisions that matter
Screening is drafted by the agent, decided by the recruiter — ranked shortlists with reasoning shown, never silent rejection. That's the same supervised-until-proven posture every WeBuild agent ships with, applied to a domain where a bad automated 'no' costs real candidates and real compliance exposure.
Status stated plainly: the design and prototype phase is complete and delivered; the production build is scoped but not yet started. This page will be updated as that changes — no production claims until it's in production.
