Pricing

Fixed prices. No mystery.

Every engagement is scoped first and priced in writing before any build starts. Here's the structure — and the honest reason one number isn't published yet.

Step 1 · Session

Foundations Session

A$300
founding rate · A$600–750 standard · credited toward your install
  • Workflow + systems audit across front desk and back office
  • Ranked list of automation opportunities by ROI
  • A clear build roadmap you own — no lock-in
  • Honest read on what to automate now vs. later

Step 2 · Build

Agent Install

Fixed quote at scoping
agreed in writing before any build · 50% to commence, 50% on handover
  • Discovery + solution architecture
  • Custom build against your real systems and accounts
  • Secure deployment inside The Cage with approval gates
  • Supervised proving run before go-live
  • Full handover — code, credentials, runbook · 30 days tuning included

Typical single-workflow installs go live in 3–4 weeks.

Optional · Ongoing

Maintenance Retainer

Priced per scope
monthly · cancel any time — you own the system either way
  • Monitoring + uptime on your deployed agents
  • Model + API updates as the stack evolves
  • Security patching and guardrail tuning
  • Priority support and incremental improvements

Own it — and choose who runs it. The retainer is a service you can fire, not a dependency you can't escape.

Prices in AUD, exclusive of GST. Quotes are valid 30 days.

The cost of not automating

Market framing, not a performance claim: an administrative hire in Australia typically costs A$65,000–85,000 a year plus superannuation, management, leave, and turnover (labelled market figures — check current award rates for your state). If even a fifth of that role is repeatable work — re-typing, chasing, first-touch replies — the busywork alone represents thousands of dollars a month. A one-time fixed build plus roughly A$50–300 a month in running costs is the comparison to run. We do the payback math for your actual numbers, in writing, at the Foundations Session — and if the math doesn't work, we'll say so and stop there.

Questions

About pricing

Because scope varies too much for one honest number — a single-inbox reply agent and a multi-system intake pipeline are different builds. What is fixed: the price itself. It's quoted in writing after the Foundations Session, before any build starts, and it doesn't move. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Model usage plus any tool subscriptions — for most single-workflow agents that's roughly A$50–300 a month, and we spec the expected running cost in writing before the build. These are market figures for typical API pricing, not a guarantee; your spec carries your number.

You leave the session with a written plan — the workflow map, the ranked automation opportunities, and a fixed quote — and the plan is yours to keep whoever builds it. If we get to the end and you've learned nothing useful, say so on the call and we'll refund it.
