Scoped, built, proven, owned.
Stop renting automation. Own the system. Every engagement follows the same four steps — and ends with you holding everything.
Scope
A Foundations Session maps your workflows, finds the repetitive work worth automating, and writes the plan — scope, deliverables, payback math, fixed price. The plan is yours to keep, whoever builds it.
Build
I architect and build the agents against your real systems — your CRM, your inbox, your calendar. Weekly updates. No surprises at handover because nothing is hidden before it.
Prove
No agent gets the keys on day one. It runs supervised: it drafts, your team approves. As it proves itself, it earns autonomy — category by category, on your sign-off, never by default. The gates live in The Cage.
Own
You get everything: the code, the credentials, the runbook, the security config. Yours — to run yourself, or to have us keep managing. Own it, and choose who runs it.
What you get at handover
If WeBuild vanished tomorrow, your systems keep working. That's the point.

About the method
Most single-workflow agents are live in 3–4 weeks: scoped in week one, built and tested against your real historical cases in weeks two and three, then run supervised until go-live. Bigger scopes take longer — and we say so in the written spec, not after the invoice.
Every install includes 30 days of post-handover tuning. After that you have two options: run it yourself with the runbook we hand over, or keep us on the optional retainer. Because you own the code, the credentials, and the docs, a break is never a hostage situation — any competent engineer can service it. See pricing with payback framing.
No. You describe the work in plain language; we translate it into a spec, build it, and hand it over running. Day-to-day, using the agent looks like reading messages in the tools you already know.
Yes — that's the optional retainer: monitoring, model and API updates, security patching, and improvements. The point is it's a choice, never a dependency. Own it — and choose who runs it.
