How the calculation works
Weekly repetitive hours × automation coverage gives the hours agents take over. Multiplied by your fully-loaded hourly cost and 52 weeks, that's the annual labour value redirected. We subtract running costs, then divide your one-off build investment by the net monthly saving to get payback. What it deliberately leaves out
Revenue recovered from answered calls and faster lead follow-up often exceeds the labour saving, but it varies too much to default honestly — treat the result here as a floor, not a ceiling.
